AUDI Q5

After purchasing an Audi q5 from a different (awful) dealership, I was very anxious about purchasing another car in fear of the same issues happening. I called to inquire about an Audi q5 and spoke about the issues with the previous dealership. Instantly I felt reassured and the garage couldn’t be more than helpful. I didn’t feel pressured at all through the whole process and they were great and having patience with me asking a million questions about the car. When I decided to purchase it, it was an easy quick process. As soon as they received the funds they had my car ready that afternoon. I couldn’t collect for 3 days due to work and the day I did collect they stayed open later to accommodate this or I’d have had to wait another few days. When I got there the showroom was stunning, the owner was lovely and allowed me time to look at the car, ask any questions and test drive too. Again I didn’t feel pressured or rushed at all. Only once I was happy with everything did I then sign the paperwork. I got given the full history for the car, all mot certificates including a 12 month new one. Every receipt and service history, and the rac report they had done. I got given a copy of the paperwork, they helped me arrange the tax and was nothing but pleasant. The car is absolutely stunning, inside and out. It looks and drives like a brand new car and after 2 weeks I can honestly say I’m 100 percent happy with the car. The log book came through in 5 days and I was able to put my private plates on and within another 4 days the new log book has come through. This was a total different experience to the first car I purchased and I can’t thank Anslow enough for how great they’ve been from start to finish. Without a doubt will use this company again when/if I ever decided to change cars. The car isn’t only everything I was looking for but such a great price for the spec and quality of car. i delegated with ray about an bmw he had in stock from start of finance application all the way to collection I cannot believe how committed he is , very professional , the car was exactly how he had described and service from himself was 10/10 do not go anywhere else if in future i need a vehicle sourcing i will be back here . He even helped me arrange an surprise for my wife

Bought a vehicle from here and was very welcomed. I wasnt forced into a buy was left to view the car and we went on a test drive. Couldn't be happier with my car I bought. Had an issue and they quickly rectified this problem for me. I would certainly recommend buying from them. Lovely showroom very nice cars in stock.. very happy buyer.

I recently purchased a BMW from Ray and the whole process has been next level. The presentation, the immaculate showroom, and the level of customer care has been outstanding! Ray gave me a proper price on my trade in, sorted my plate transfer, and sorted a couple of small dents too. It’s certainly been a very different experience from anywhere I’ve been before. I couldn’t recommend Anslow motors more to be honest.

I bought a Audi A3 saloon from Anslow a couple of months ago having seen it advertised on Auto trader. Taking all the positive reviews into account, having not physically seen the car or having test drove it, I paid a small holding fee and arranged for prompt delivery. 200 miles and around 16 hours later, It arrived at my home address in pristine condition. I paid via bank transfer upon my inspection. I absolutely love it! It was exactly as advertised and more! The guy who delivered it was extremely polite, wasn't pushing for a sale and took matters in my time. My partner then gave him a lift to the train station to save him messing about seeking a Taxi. I communicated with Ray over what's app with questions I had and he has always promptly replied full of knowledge and advice. He stated he "If a car isn't safe enough for his mum to drive then it isn't safe enough for him to sell". Ray has been true to his word throughout my whole experience. He really does go beyond what you'd expect. Ray isn't just any old car sales man... he's an Anslow car sales man 🙂! I 💯 recommend Anslow Autos and would like to Thank Ray and his team for their 5* service. All the best.

LOVE MY NEW CAR

Very impressed with Anslow motors, spotted a car on auto trader Friday evening, contacted them through there website and had a reply first thing Saturday morning, viewed the car Saturday after and drove it home the same afternoon. There showroom was immaculate, all cars kept inside and very well presented. Very friendly staff. Cannot fault, certainly put customers first. They put your big car supermarkets to shame. Will definitely be returning soon to purchase a second car from them soon.

Great service

Bought an s5 from Anslow Autos in August this year. Cannot fault the car at all so far. I did have an unexpected cost of needing new tyres which was unfortunate; however, Ray contributed towards the costs which was extremely helpful. The communication after the sale to do with the tyres has been excellent and resolved quickly. Upon purchase, a faulty wing mirror was fixed and a few other minor bits sorted before collection. The front brakes were also treated to new discs and pads before collection too. Deposit paid, collection organised well and great after service. I would recommend Anslow Autos and would not hesitate to purchase another car from them in the future. We travelled up from Portsmouth to view the car. Ray waited for us to arrive and stayed after hours as we were a little delayed. Both Jenny and Ray have been very helpful and nice to deal with from start to finish.

We recently purchased a Kia Sportage from Anslow Autos and the whole experience was outstanding. Firstly, all of their carefully chosen cars are presented in immaculate condition, not just washed and polished but detailed to an 'as new' standard. Ray allows the customer to browse, choose and decide without any sales pressure.and backed up our purchase with documentation and a full service history of the car.Tea & Coffee were on offer and the loo's were as immaculate as the cars! I would have no hesitation purchasing a car online from Ray without even seeing it if necessary, I found him completely trustworthy, professional and friendly.I hope I get the chance to deal with Ray again in the future. It's s pity all 'so called' Car Dealers can't visit Anslow Auto's to see how it should be done.

Amazing - the best car purchase experience I've ever had.

Really great service from Ray at Anslow Auto's - Ray called as soon as I made the enquiry online and called at the agreed time. Ray took his time to show me the car's interior and exterior and answered any questions I had. The car arrived in immaculate condition, not a scratch in sight. Ray also briefed me on any changes that were made to the car and did a great job organising new tyres for me - this was done without being prompted. It was my first time using Anslow auto's as I am based way out in London and can say it was the smoothest experience ever. I'veve already recommended Anslow Autos to two family members looking to purchase a car. BMW 640 Great service

The salesman was absolutely brilliant in helping me. He couldn’t be more helpful with my questions and the car was serviced and delivered within 36 hours without any pressure from them. Fam who delivered the car was also great. It was immaculate when it arrived and Fam was helpful getting the final paper work and payments made. This was one of the easiest car buying processes I have been through and I won’t hesitate to return in future.

Professional and polite customer service

Having found the vehicle I was looking for but too far away to view, Ray of Anslow Auto's answered all my questions via telephone and agreed to part ex my van as part of the sale. It all went very smoothly indeed. There were a few snagging items on the car by these were rectified immediately by Anslow. Very professional and always quick to communicate. Its the first time I have bought a car over the phone (bit stressful) but pleased it was with this company.

The whole building was purposely built and it is modern. Showroom is well presented; bright and clean. Friendly, reliable service

Service from Ray was great, took the time to text and video call with me. I am not local to Anslow Autos so it was arranged that the car would be dropped to me, where I could check it over and test drive before purchasing. I noticed that there was an issue with the reverse sensors the evening that I had bought the car which I bought to Ray's attention. He asked me to get them checked out, the issue was diagnosed and Ray and Anslow Auots paid for the repair without questions.
